John A. Sebright, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Sebright is a 1967 graduate of the University of Michigan and a
1971 graduate of the U of M Medical School. His internship, General
Surgery residency and Plastic Surgery residency were completed in
Grand Rapids, MI. He is board-certified in plastic surgery and possesses
a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Hand Surgery. Dr. Sebright’s
practice consists of independent medical evaluations regarding hand
and upper extremity surgery. |

John F. Hollenbach, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Hollenbach graduated from Northwestern University Medical School
in Evanston, IL. His post-graduate training includes an internship,
General Surgery and Plastic Surgery residencies. He is board-certified
in plastic surgery and has a Certificate
of Added Qualifications in Hand Surgery. Dr. Hollenbach specializes
in hand and upper extremity surgery. |

Marilee J. Mead, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Mead graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School.
Her post-graduate training includes residencies in General
Surgery and Plastic/Reconstructive Surgery.
She also completed a fellowship in Hand and Microvascular Surgery through
Wayne State University in Detroit. Dr. Mead is board-
certified in general and plastic surgery. She is also board-certified
in Hand Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Mead’s
practice includes hand, plastic and cosmetic surgeries. |

Ronald D. Ford, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Ford graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine.
He completed an internship and General Surgery residency at Blodgett
Memorial Medical Center. He also completed a residency in Plastic
and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Ford received additional training
by performing a fellowship in Hand Surgery. His special interests
include burn reconstruction, breast surgery, cancer
reconstruction, cosmetic and hand surgery. Dr. Ford is certified by
the American Board of Surgery, the American Board of Plastic Surgery
and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. |

Paul A. Luce, M.D.
Dr. Luce received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University in
Nashville, TN.
He completed his internship and residency
in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Blodgett Memorial Medical
center in Grand Rapids, MI and received additional training by performing
a fellowship in Hand Surgery. Dr. Luce specializes in hand, upper extremity and reconstructive plastic surgery. He is board certified by the American
Board of Plastic Surgery. |

William T. Cullen M.D., M.A.
Dr. Cullen graduated with a Masters degree from Trinity College in
Dublin, Ireland. He received his medical degree from the Medical
College of Wisconsin. Dr. Cullen completed an internship, General Surgery
and Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery residencies in Grand Rapids, MI. He also completed a Hand and
Microvascular fellowship at the University of Utah. Dr. Cullen’s
special interests include cosmetic, reconstructive and plastic surgeries
as well as hand and microsurgery. He is board certified by the American
Board of Plastic Surgery. |

Andrew Livingston, M.D.
Dr. Livingston graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School. He completed an internship at Blodgett Memorial Medical Center and a General Surgery residency at St. John Hospital in Detroit. A residency in Plastic Surgery was completed at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Livingston received fellowship training in Hand Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Prior to joining our practice, he was an Assistant Professor at Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine. Dr. Livingston’s special interests include cosmetic surgery, breast surgery, surgery of the hand and microsurgery. He is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. |

Timothy Y. Dew, M.D.
Dr. Dew received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. His post-graduate training includes a four-year orthopedic surgery residency in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Dew also completed a fellowship in hand surgery at the Indiana Hand Center. His practice is focused on care of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder.
Dr. Dew is board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery. |
